For confidential situations — turnaround, M&A in preparation, sensitive claim, strategic reflection not yet shared internally — a direct address, communicated on request, bypasses the form and opens an NDA-covered exchange.
Our approach.
Four simple steps, all upstream of any commercial engagement. No automatic quote, no standardised wording.
§ 05Internal reading
Each message is read by the studio's practitioners in the days following its reception. We identify the frame — nature of the project or situation, probable scope, complexity level — and verify the absence of conflict of interest with our current mandates.
§ 06Qualified first response
We come back to you with a written first analysis or a qualification call, depending on the nature of the enquiry. The aim is to understand your context, not to sell. If the topic falls outside our scope, we say so directly.
§ 07Qualification meeting
If the framing makes sense, we set up an in-depth exchange with the right practitioners — typically 60 to 90 minutes, in person when geography allows, otherwise by confidential videoconference. No commercial engagement at this stage.
§ 08Scoped proposal
If the meeting confirms the mandate opportunity, we prepare a scoped proposal — perimeter, deliverables, governance, calendar, economic frame. No kickback, no hidden affiliation. If the mandate does not make sense for either party, we say so.

Processing in compliance with European GDPR and Swiss revised FADP 2023. No data shared with commercial third parties.
§ 09Legal frame
Data transmitted through the channels above is processed in compliance with European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP, 2023). Information is used exclusively to qualify your enquiry and to prepare a potential mandate. It is never shared with commercial third parties, nor used for marketing purposes.
§ 10Retention
Data from enquiries without commercial continuation is deleted after twelve months. Data from active mandates is retained for the contractual duration and then archived according to applicable accounting and legal obligations.
§ 11Your rights
You retain at any time rights of access, rectification, opposition and deletion on your data. Any request can be addressed to [email protected].
